Overview
Ninja Turtles Around the World is an animated action-adventure series for younger audiences that retells the origin story of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Four small turtles tumble into the city sewers and come into contact with a mysterious green substance that accelerates their growth and grants them extraordinary abilities. They are joined by Splinter, a rat who becomes their master and father figure, just as the dangerous Purple Dragons gang launches an assault on their world. The series follows the turtles as they grow from ordinary creatures into a team of skilled ninja warriors.
