Head to Head is a Lebanese comedy-thriller that pitches its unsuspecting protagonist into a chain of escalating misadventures. Driver Darwish makes the unfortunate mistake of picking up the wrong passenger at the airport — the region's most feared retired criminal — and immediately finds himself in the crosshairs of the criminal's ruthless gang. Forced to improvise, Darwish teams up with Fayad, the new CEO of the taxi company, and together they devise a bold deception: convincing the gang that the old man is still alive in order to buy themselves time. The ruse triggers a spiralling series of comic chases and unexpected encounters, building to a frenetic climax that keeps the laughs coming while never letting the tension fully drop.
