It begins with the escape of the Algerian girl, Zahra, in her wedding dress, from her wedding ceremony with the Algerian Ammar, who was forced to marry him. She arrives in Tunisia, and a passer-by tries to harass her. She runs away from him, only to be hit by a car driven by Al-Taher Yahya, a major Algerian businessman with a Tunisian mother. He transports her to the hospital, then takes her to his home to supervise her treatment for 48 hours, where his cruel mother Zainab and his Tunisian wife live, who is sick with brain cancer in an advanced stage. Maryam, who did not inform her family of her illness, and her children Murad, Nisreen and the youngest Youssef. Ammar follows his fiancée Zahra with the intention of bringing her back and marrying her or killing her. Could Zahra’s escape to Tunisia be the beginning of her love story with Al-Taher? Or is it just a sympathy relationship? Will Zahra return to Ammar? Will Mary recover from her illness?
