Overview

Ibis is the mukhtar of the village of Karam Mangel and the head of the Ibis family. He controls the family’s property and lands and ensures its livelihood. He has three daughters and his wife, but God Almighty did not bless him with a male child, so he decides to marry again, but it becomes clear that the second wife is barren. Then he marries a third and the fetus miscarries, so he marries the fourth and gives birth to a daughter. All of this is within an interesting comedic form so that he has offspring that are all girls. The work is interspersed with meaningful social situations.
