Overview

Diary of a Male Whore is a raw and unflinching drama that follows the painful sexual awakening of a young Palestinian man, shaped equally by desire and the violence that surrounds him. When he encounters an elderly Jewish man in Tel Aviv, long-suppressed memories are stirred, forcing his inner conflicts to a crisis point. Unflinchingly honest and deeply uncomfortable, the film confronts themes of identity, body, power, and the complex human realities that emerge at the intersection of Palestinian experience and personal sexuality.
