Overview
The Weight of Memories on My Feet is a short personal documentary in which the filmmaker seeks refuge from the growing tension of family life by turning to her family archive. Intimate and quietly powerful, the film meditates on the paradox of family history: the past we reach toward for comfort can become its own form of burden.
