Sane Wife is a Saudi short comedy following a man who finds himself in an absurdly compromising situation: still under the effects of anesthesia after a surgical operation, he desperately tries to hide his girlfriend in a closet before his wife arrives. Equal parts farce and situational comedy, the film mines humor from panic and impaired judgment, delivering a lighthearted look at the lengths people go to when caught in an impossible predicament.
