
An Egyptian actress, born on September 3, 1950. She graduated from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in 1970, and her face became familiar to the audience when she was on the verge of forty after she participated in “You bring her like this, you come to her like that, she is like that,” with the artist Samir Ghanem and artist Farouk El-Fishawy. Her beginnings were in 1982, when she was presented in the cinema by the late director Youssef Chahine in the film “His Egyptian Story,” and in the same year she participated in the film “You answer her like that.” She comes to her like this, she is like this,” where she played the role of employee Nabila, who is searching for an eighth husband after the death of her seven husbands. She stayed away from the artistic scene for 6 years until the artist Faten Hamama brought her back in the movie “A Bitter Day, a Sweet Day.” Then she participated with her for the second time in the movie “Land of Dreams,” which is her last artistic appearance, as she retired from art in the late nineties. She married outside the artistic community once and did not have children, until she passed away in 2004 after suffering from breast cancer at the age of 54.
