An Egyptian comedian, born in 1900, he made a group of prominent films in the 1930s with the famous director Togo Mizrahi, including: Shalom the Sportsman, Shalom the Torjman, and Al-Ezz Bahdala. During the same period, he formed an artistic duo with the artist Ahmed Al-Haddad, known as (Shalom and Abdo), but Shalom’s stardom did not last long, especially after the artist Ali Al-Kassar appeared on the scene. He died in 1948 at the age of 48.
