An Egyptian actor, born in 1946. He joined the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, and graduated from it in 1971. He initially worked in international theatre, and directed many plays, including (Empty Talk, The World of Ali Baba, Under the Tree, and The Digger), and participated in many films, including (Nasser 56, Al-Hajama, The Assassination of Faten Tawfiq). He is the father of actor Rami Samir Waheed.
