An Egyptian actress, she began her artistic career through the theater team at the Faculty of Arts at Alexandria University, where she graduated in the English Language Department in 1973. Then she worked as a censor on radio and television. Her first work was when she was young, through the film (Diary of a Schoolgirl) in 1962, but her fame came through her participation in the series (Malik Al-Yanasib) in 1973, after which she participated in many works, the most prominent of which are (Nights of Dreaming, Behind the Sun, and Al-Nems). She retired from acting in 2001.
