Rana Abyad

A Syrian actress, she trained in acting at the Artists Syndicate for three years after obtaining her baccalaureate (high school), and began her artistic career with the series (Jawad Al-Layl) directed by Basil Al-Khatib. She participated in a large number of cinematic and television productions in Syria, the Emirates, Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain and Iraq, and won the Golden Award for Best Actress at the Cairo Film Festival for her role in the film (Najla’s Loves), and the Best Actress Award in a Supporting Role for the series (Lawrence of Arabia). She also presented the play (Darb Al-Zalak) directed by Tariq Al-Ali.
