Omaia Malas

A Syrian actress, born in Damascus in 1971. Her father is a writer and her mother is a music researcher. She graduated from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, Acting Department in 1992. She began her artistic career in 1992 after graduating from the institute by participating in the movie (The Night), then she participated in the series (Al-Jawareh) in 1995, after which her works continued between cinema and television, the most prominent of which are (Forbidden Bread, Bab Al-Hara, Haneen).
