An Egyptian author, born September 1, 1915, in Shubra El Nakhla, Sharkia Governorate, his full name is Mustafa Ali Abdel Rahman. He obtained a baccalaureate degree and was secretary of the Society of Authors and Composers since 1945. Until his passing, he was a member of the radio text committees and the Cairo Voice Audio and Visual Company. Author of the poems (Longing - We Met - Eid Al-Zaman) and the songs (Al-Saad and Promise Me) (And You and Yaya). He is the author of the Sudanese national anthem, and has more than two thousand songs, including the song (You are a new inspiration) and the poem Rabei Shaer, sung by Abdel Halim Hafez. His collections include The Beach of Memories (Melody of Eternity) and Songs of Life, and he has prose works including (Songs with a History), (Poetry in Abdel Wahab’s Music), and (Ramadan Arts). He prepared a group of television programs, including 30 episodes about Abdul Wahab, and Whispers of the Night. He wrote songs for several artistic films, including: Amani Al-Hob, Abu Al-Dahab and Aziza. He died on August 10, 1992
