Mortada Heneis

An Iraqi actor, born in 1985, studied at the Theater Department, College of Fine Arts, Directing Branch. He inherited art from his father, the late artist Hassan Hanis, and through inheritance, talent, and academic study, he was able, over a short period of time, to confirm his strong presence in the Iraqi art scene. He was assigned the starring role in the series “Sada Al Madi”, which is considered one of the important series in Iraqi drama. His most important works include the series American Import (2020), Sumer’s Ship (2014), Absent in the Land of Wonders (2020), and the film To Baghdad (2020).
