She was born to an Emirati father and an Egyptian mother. She holds a master’s degree in architecture from Canada. She began her work in media on Al Arabiya Radio and was presenting a variety program with the Emirati director Nayla Al Khaja. Then she moved on to work as an economics broadcaster on CNBC Arabic and joined Al Arabiya, where she was the preparer and presenter of a specialized program about real estate called “On Location” on Al Arabiya, in addition to her work as a program presenter in the economics department. She covered many international forums, most notably the World Economic Forum in Davos and the Dead Sea. She conducted many interviews with a number of personalities such as Mohammed Al-Abbar, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim, Prince Saud Al-Faisal and the Queen of Sweden. In 2012, she began presenting the Arabic Sabah program.
