An Egyptian director who lived in Kuwait and directed most of the Kuwaiti works, which formed a distinctive mark in Kuwaiti drama. He worked for Kuwait TV since its founding as a director of dramatic and variety works on loan from Egyptian TV, until he ended his loan in 1986 and returned to Egypt, and in 1987 he returned at the invitation of Kuwait TV to direct the series (Peace be upon the World), and after he finished it he returned to Egypt and died there.
