An Egyptian actor, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Dramatic Arts in 1965. He began his work in theater by participating in plays, including (The Spence) in 1962. He then moved on to work in cinema and television, where he participated in many works, most notably (Nights of Dreaming, Warning of Obedience, and Al-Rayyan). He died after a struggle with illness in June 2017 at the age of 77
