
An Egyptian comedian, owner of a popular theater troupe bearing his name. He joined the George Abyad troupe before World War I. He joined the vaudeville troupe of Aziz Eid in the summer of 1915. He joined the troupe that Al-Rihani composed in 1916 at the Renaissance Theater, where he participated in the play “Abqa, Meet Me and Kashkish Bek” in Paris. “Wissat Kashkish Bek” in 1925. He created a burlesque troupe bearing his name that performed the summer season in Alexandria. He joined Al-Rihani’s troupe again in 1925. 1935 He participated in acting in the plays “Min Ya`and Sit,” “Fanous Effendi,” and “Mandoub Extraordinary.” He continued to play major roles alongside Naguib Al-Rihani until he suddenly died in November 1938 during a performance of the play “I Wait for Your Bakht” in Al-Rihani’s troupe.
