Abdul Rahman Mohsen’s interest in cinema began a long time ago, and he entered the field of writing for drama through the radio portal, as it represented a special love for him. He wrote 26 radio series in Egypt, including the radio series (Before Departure) starring Samiha Ayoub, and he wrote one screenplay. One of the most important Egyptian films is the film (The Time of Hatem Zahran) in 1987, which was an inspiration for many artistic works that dealt with the period of economic openness at that time.
