Abdullah Zaid, an Emirati actor, director, and author, born on November 1, 1978, from the city of Dibba Al-Hisn. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dibba Al Hisn Society for Culture, Heritage and Theater. He shined in the last sessions of the Sharjah Theatrical Days in the play “You Are Not Kara,” where he received the first acting award in the Emirates and the “Best Actor Award” from His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah. The artist began his journey with art and creativity in 1995, with the play “Bourashid Says Ma,” which he wrote, directed, and acted in, and the play “Bouali Rah Wati,” which he also wrote and directed. He participated in writing and acting in many artistic works, including: (Humbled, Nasha’, and Sour Sweet).
